The Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) has announced its 2022/2023 mid-season break for Premiership clubs from Jan. 23 to Feb. 3 to resume on Feb. 8.
The league made this known on its twitter handle @the_nwflpage on Friday.
“The NWFL announce the start of the mid-season break for the NWFL Premiership after the end of the first stanza.
“At the break, the mid-season transfer window will run from Jan. 23 to Feb. 3. The second-round returns on Feb. 8.
The league goes on break after its Match Day 7 with 14 teams, grouped into two, featuring.
Delta Queens are currently top of group A with 16 points, while Edo Queens FC have earned 12 points and are top in group B.
