The Young Progressive Party (YPP) candidate for the Umuahia East State Constituency, Sir. Innocent Chimezie Nwachukwu has congratulated the party’s Deputy Governorship candidate, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji) on his 42nd birthday.

Eulogizing the celebrator at an event to mark Anyaso’s birthday, Nwachukwu described Ofuji as a very humble, brilliant, resourceful and exceptionally dynamic personality who had touched many lives in countless ways.

The birthday celebration coincided with the new yam festival at Igbere Secondary School, Onu Ibina Igbere, Bende Local Government Area.

He also extolled the YPP’S governorship candidate, while describing him as a man who had an administrative dexterity and capacity that when put to use in Abia state would give the desired paradigm shift for good governance.

The YPP candidate for Umuahia East state constituency noted that Dr. Anyaso had an uncommon insight, vision and sense of patriotism to champion formidable development in Abia state and Nigeria at large.

Nwachukwu, who stole the show with his stunning and resounding arrival that caused public stare and ovation at the occasion, prayed God to bless Ofuji with many years of blessings to bring victory to the party in 2023 elections.

He added that the combination of Engr. Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor and Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso as Abia Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates respectively was a square peg in a square hole.

Nwachukwu expressed optimism that both of them would engender unprecedented achievements in job creation, human capital and infrastructural development in critical sectors, including industrialisation, agriculture, aviation, healthcare, education, housing, commerce, energy, oil and gas and road construction among others.

The highpoint of the show was a session of strong and fortifying prayers for all YPP candidates flying the party’s flags at various levels of elective positions in the coming 2023 elections.
