She said: “Today, I have been given the mandate to again serve this great Association in another higher capacity as the Acting National Chairman, due to tenure expiration of our National Chairman to fulfill the constitutional requirement.

“I wish to say with clear conscience that I have accepted this responsibility wholeheartedly

” I promised to build on the legacies of our outgoing National Chairman, Hon. According to her, the association is yet to acquire its financial stability due to the present economic status in the country.

Olabanji-Oba said: “This had affected many sectors, not leaving out the third Tier of Government which has given birth to us.

“What this means is that, for us to achieve our set goals and aspirations, there must be absolute commitment from all members.

“I hereby call on all of you to support me with your prayers, ideas and every other support that is required of us in order to take this Noble association to an enviable greater height.”

She urged members to show high level of commitment in all the activities and functions of the association, while also exhibiting generosity in supporting programmes.

The acting chairman called for contributions and support for the association’s forthcoming National Conference to make it a successful one.

“With your usual maximum cooperation, we shall achieve all of these without stress.
“I am optimistic that history will always remember all of us for our various support and contributions towards the actualization of this noble association,” she said.
