
ADC Ikeja LGA on Saturday, joined party leaders and supporters in Ikorodu for the official campaign flag-off of Lagos East senatorial candidate Senator Olanrewaju Moshood, popularly known as Bob Tarner.
The event drew party leaders, women leaders and supporters, with women dressed in white lace and orange gele.
The turnout signalled strong support for the ADC campaign in Lagos East.
The Ikeja LGA delegation attended the event to show solidarity with Bob Tarner and the ADC’s wider political project involving Atiku and Amaechi.
Members of the Ikeja delegation included Alhaji Sakiru Shobola, Chief Mrs. Yetunde Morohundiya, Barr. Folusho Leigh, Alhaja Bolanle Jafojo, Comrade Frank Onyeka and Fisayo Fakayode (FISFAK).
The delegation praised the event’s organisation, the presence of women leaders and Tarner’s vision for representation in Lagos East.
In response, the team said ADC Ikeja LGA remains fully mobilised for the 2027 elections. It also pledged to work with the Lagos State Woman Leader and all 20 LGA women leaders to support ADC across Lagos State.
The delegation urged Lagos residents, especially women and youths, to join the ADC and support its campaign to “rescue Nigeria.”
