ASIS 2024 re-imagines progress as blueprint for sustainable growth in Africa

STERLING One Foundation is gladly counting down to the 2024 edition of the Africa Social impact Summit, ASSIS 2024, to usher in sustainable growth in Africa.

The Africa Social Impact Summit is the pioneer gathering of leaders from the private and public sectors, civil society organizations, and development community to find innovative sustainable solutions to Africa’s key developmental challenges.

The summit continues to challenge Africans to find solutions, not only to African problems, but to global problems.

The Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of the Foundation, Olapeju Ibekwe, said that ASIS 2024 would ignite action and birth more partnerships for sustainable development in Nigeria and Africa.

Ibekwe said that the summit would provide stakeholders, including investors, the public sector, business leaders, and the international development community a timely opportunity to connect, learn from each other, collaborate on shared goals and support the acceleration of the Sustainable Development Goals.

According to her, solutions addressing critical issues such as climate change, circular economy, education, health, WASH, renewable energy, and food security are also expected to access impact investments.

ASIS 2024 will be convened under the theme: “Reimagining Progress: A New Blueprint for Sustainable Growth in Africa.”

It will be held at the Eko Convention Centre, Lagos, Nigeria from July 25 to 26, 2024.
