Eminent Nigerians to grace HEDA Resource Centre 20th Anniversary

Eminent Nigerians from all walks of life are set to grace the 20th anniversary of the Human and Environmental Development Agenda (HEDA Resource Centre) on Saturday February 24 at Ikeja in Lagos.

The anniversary lecture the theme: “Navigating the Nexus of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance in Nigeria: Striking a Balance for Economic, Social, and Environmental Justice” will be delivered by the Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Olanipekun Olukoyede and Foremost Activist, Dr. Olisa Agbakoba SAN, under the Chairmanship of Honourable Justice L.A Okunnu (Judge, Lagos State High Court)

Though founded in year 2001, HEDA, a leading NGO in promoting transparency and good governance, human rights, environmental justice and sustainable development in Nigeria was duly incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on February 24th 2004.

Hence we are officially 20 years, though with 23 years of impacting the Nigerian civic space positively as activists and patriots.
