FAAN announces 3rd Edition of the National Aviation Conference

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has announced the hosting of the 3rd Edition of the FAAN National Aviation Conference (FNAC 2025), scheduled to hold  on November 17 and 18, 2025.

108scoop.com reports that the Conference billed take place at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos, is themed: “Elevating the Nigerian Aviation Industry through Investment, Partnerships, and Global Engagements.”

According to a statement by Henry Agbebire,
Director Public Affairs and Consumer Protection of FAAN, this year’s conference will bring together critical stakeholders, policymakers, investors, and aviation professionals from within and outside Nigeria to deliberate on strategies for positioning the nation’s aviation industry as a catalyst for sustainable national and regional economic growth.

Speaking on the forthcoming event, the Chairperson of the FNAC 2025 Organising Committee and FAAN’s Director of Human Resources and Administration, Dr. Emiola Luqman, stated:

“The Nigerian aviation industry is at a defining stage, presenting vast opportunities for investment and innovation.

“With its large and growing population, strategic geographical position, and the Federal Government’s commitment to infrastructure development and regulatory reform, Nigeria offers a strong value proposition for investors.

“FAAN, through FNAC, continues to provide a credible platform for engagement and collaboration, and FNAC 2025 will demonstrate how far we have progressed and the immense potential that lies ahead.”

Since its inception, the FAAN National Aviation Conference has evolved into a premier platform for policy dialogue, knowledge exchange, and partnership development in the Nigerian aviation industry.

It has contributed significantly to advancing stakeholder engagement, fostering innovation, and promoting investment in aviation infrastructure and related sectors.

The 2025 edition will feature a series of high-level sessions, including:

           •          Industry Expert Discussions

           •          Investment Forum

           •          State Governors’ Forum

           •          Exhibitions

           •          Career Fair for aspiring aviation professionals

FAAN, however, invites investors, development partners, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to participate in the important event, aimed at strengthening collaboration, deepening investment, and charting a sustainable future for Nigeria’s aviation sector.
