Wife of Anambra Governor, Dr Nonye Soludo, has congratulated Miss Iruoma Osele from Isuofia in Aguata Local Government Area of the state on emerging Miss Continental World 2026 in Thailand.
Soludo also celebrated Osele for winning three additional honours: Queen of Africa, Best Physique and Best National Costume.
In a congratulatory message on Sunday, the governor’s wife described the achievement as a proud moment for Anambra and Nigeria.
She celebrated the bravery, confidence, resilience and limitless potential of women.
She expressed optimism that the victory would inspire more girls to dream boldly, break barriers and pursue their aspirations without limitations.
“Your remarkable achievement is a proud moment for Anambra State and indeed Nigeria.
“May your victory inspire more girls to dream boldly, break barriers and reach for the highest heights, knowing that no dream is too big and no destination is beyond their reach,” she said.
Soludo said Osele had carried Anambra to the global stage, adding that the state was proud of her achievement.
“Congratulations, Queen!” she said.
