
With speakers and panellists confirmed and registration gathering momentum, the Institute of Change Management (ICM) is set to hold its 2026 Annual Conference on September 3 and 4 at NECA House, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
The two-day conference, scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, has as its theme: “Unleashing Change: Accelerating Impact — Harnessing Transformation for Personal Growth and Business Excellence.”
Group Managing Director of Sahara Group, Mr Kola Adesina, will deliver the keynote address, setting the tone for conversations on leadership, innovation, organisational transformation and the capacity of individuals and businesses to thrive amid rapid change.
Other confirmed speakers and panellists are the Managing Director of Africa Prudential Plc, Dr Catherine Nwosu; immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Barrister Samuel Olushola Agbeluyi; Managing Director of Jeme Technologies, Mr Jeremiah Okoh; and Director of Financial Services at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Dr Odunayo Ani.
Also expected to share insights at the conference are the Director, Presidential Committee on Economic and Financial Inclusion, Mr Oluseye Olutimayin; Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Nigeria LNG Limited, Mrs Ijeoma Onyenobi; and Manager, Corporate Transformation Advisory at NLNG, Mr Edidiong Ekwere.
The conference will bring together distinguished industry leaders, transformation experts, human resources professionals and business executives from the public and private sectors to share actionable insights on driving change, accelerating impact and achieving sustainable organisational growth.
