Speaking further, she added that Mr Michael Achimugu, Director, Public Affairs and Consumer Protection Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, was also expected at the event, as one of the speakers.

Obi, a lawyer, noted that the purpose for the workshop was to provide relevant information and legal updates to air travelers.

She added that it was also to enhance consumer awareness and address misconceptions that discouraged members of the public, from patronising air transportation, due to lack of adequate knowledge.

Obi, also an Associate, Institute of Chartered Mediation and Conciliation, (AICMC) said that the hybrid workshop, which also targeted every sector that patronised air travel, would have Mr Abiodun Awonikoko (SAN) Principal Partner, Synergy Attornies, as host.
