The Moyosore Onigbongbo Youths Organisation has declared it’s support for Moyosore Adebanjo, the All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship aspirant for Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

The youths made the declaration known in Lagos on Friday during the official inauguration of the Moyosore Onigbongbo Youths Organisation (MOYOO).

The group’s convener, Ademosun Jamiu, stated that they are ready to volunteer their time and resources to support Adebanjo’s project.

He said that the youths organisation threw its weight behind Adebanjo’s candidacy due to his energy, intellectual capacity, good academic background, and international exposure.

He said that the youth volunteers have been organized into three groups: ward coordinators, zonal coordinators, and street captains, to reach out to the grassroots and promote Adebanjo’s agenda.

Responding, Adebanjo Pledged to build World-Class Youth Centre in Onigbongbo LCDA for the community’s young people.

He said that the absence of such facilities in Onigbongbo compared to areas like Ikeja and its environs has made it imperative to do so now.

“ I also promised to create convergence points for sharing ideas that would drive development in the community.

“ Emphasized the importance of involving young people in decision-making processes and implementing youth-oriented programs,” he said.

The inauguration had notable Party leaders from Onigbongbo LCDA in attendance.
