The ORAA Crescent has unveiled a 12-unit residential development, comprising 11 two-bedroom flats and one three-bedroom flat, at 25 Aiyetoro St., off Adebola Ojomu, Aguda, Surulere, Lagos.
The unveiling and official commissioning of the completed development, known as Lily Court, was held on Saturday.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ORAA Crescent, Mr Ademola Ojomu, said the project was inspired by God and designed to provide spacious accommodation.
Ojomu said the availability of space was a major feature distinguishing Lily Court from other residential developments in the area.
According to him, the development offers spacious accommodation that is difficult to find in Surulere.
He disclosed that all the flats had been sold, indicating strong demand for the property.
The CEO expressed appreciation to God for the successful completion of the project despite the challenges encountered during its development.
The Project Manager, Mr Seun Mosaku, said the development reflected the company’s focus on design, innovation and functionality, with adequate parking space provided for residents.
He said the company was involved in property development, material design and related services, handling projects from the ground up and within existing spaces.
Mosaku said the company acquired the land in 2024 and commenced construction in 2025, with the completed development unveiled and officially commissioned in September.
He said feedback from stakeholders was considered during the development process, providing the team with useful lessons in planning and collaboration.
Mosaku said the completion of Lily Court marked an important stage in the company’s development.
He disclosed that other projects were in the pipeline, adding that the company would continue to pursue distinctive and practical property developments.
In his goodwill message, a co-partner, Mr Victor Ogbogolo, commended Ojomu for adopting a residents-focused approach to the project.
Ogbogolo said the development went beyond the construction of buildings, as the developer considered how residents would experience and use the apartments.
“He considers the entire experience before you even move in,” Ogbogolo said.
He said the approach was reflected in the layouts, road network and design, which he described as functional, open and welcoming.
Ogbogolo expressed the hope that the homes would provide residents with peace, safety and comfort, while creating an environment for lasting family memories.
Mrs Aminat Ojomu, wife of the CEO, gave the vote of thanks and expressed gratitude to God for enabling her husband and his co-partners to complete the project.
She appreciated the guests, family, friends and members of the media for attending the commissioning and celebrating the milestone with the family.
Ojomu also thanked those who contributed to the success of the project and prayed for more celebrations in the future.
