I wish to sincerely commend President Bola Tinibu, for signing the 2022 Electoral Act into law, a courageous and timely reform that has abolished the indirect method of primary elections dominated by delegates and party executives.

This decision has reinforced the principle of direct primaries and consensus, giving every registered party member the right to participate in choosing those who will represent them. It has effectively ended the era of candidate imposition and reduced the influence of individuals who relied solely on elite endorsements rather than the support of the people.

Democracy is a game of numbers. It is government of the people, by the people, and for the people. This reform strengthens internal democracy and ensures that the true will of the people prevails.

The bold leadership of President Bola Tinibu is already yielding positive results by deepening transparency, inclusiveness, and accountability within our political system.

I hereby reaffirm my total loyalty and 100% support for President Bola Tinibu, the (APC), and I remain firmly aligned with the vision and leadership of RTD IGP Mohammed Adamu Abubakar(Walin Lafia), and committed to advancing democratic values while mobilizing grassroots participation for the progress of our nation.

Shettiman Keffi is the Nasarawa West Zonal Coordinator For RTD IGP Mohammed Adamu Abubakar.
