The members of Umuana Development Union, Lagos Branch has felicitated with Honourable Augustine Ugochukwu Meregini on his landmark achievement as the Deputy Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly.
The Union stated this in its congratulatory message ahead of his Thanksgiving Service scheduled on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at his ancestral home in Umuana Ndume, Ibeku in Umuahia North Local Government.
“You represent a beacon of hope for our people and Abians at large.
“Once again Umuana has taken her pride of place in Abia State.
“As the sceptre has returned once again to Umuana after decades of General Thomas Umunakwe Aguiyi’s ascension as the head of state and commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
