The Bible Society of Nigeria (BSN) will hold the 5th edition of its annual Primary School Bible Competition on March 11.

The competition is part of BSN’s mission to encourage engagement with the Word of God and promote Christian values among children.

The event will take place at the Salvation Army Auditorium, Onipanu, Lagos.

BSN said the competition aims to instill godly values and revive the culture of reading and studying the Bible among pupils.

Six schools will participate, with each presenting two representatives.

The schools are New Estate Baptist Nursery and Primary School; Elias International Nursery and Primary School; Angels on Mission School; Good Shepherd School; De Future Hope School; and God’s Glory Abides School.

Contestants will answer questions drawn from the CEV Illustrated Children’s Bible.

BSN is a not-for-profit interdenominational Christian organisation that translates the Bible into Nigerian languages, publishes and distributes the Scriptures, and raises funds for Bible work.
