The Anambra chapter of the Renewed Hope Agenda (RHA) has inaugurated three zonal coordinators and 21 Local Government Area (LGA) coordinators to mobilise support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
The State Coordinator of RHA, Mr Okey Ezenwa, disclosed this on Wednesday in Awka during the inauguration of the coordinators, whom he described as Renewed Hope Ambassadors.
Ezenwa said the coordinators were entrusted with the responsibility of advancing and communicating the policies, achievements and objectives of the Tinubu administration in line with the All Progressives Congress (APC) manifesto.
He assured them of the group’s support to enable effective grassroots engagement across households in the state.
According to him, the mission of RHA in Anambra is to promote constructive engagement through policy communication, celebration of achievements and articulation of the President’s long-term strategic plan for Nigeria.
He urged the coordinators to anchor their activities on integrity, transparency, accountability and humility.
Ezenwa explained that zonal coordinators would supervise and evaluate reports from LGA coordinators, clarify policy intentions and demonstrate how government programmes translate into improved living standards.
He added that LGA coordinators would serve as on-the-ground ambassadors, engaging communities, addressing local concerns and fostering partnerships.
He further encouraged the coordinators to present government policies in clear and accessible language, organise town hall meetings and highlight achievements in key sectors such as security, the economy, health, education and social welfare.
Responding on behalf of the coordinators, Mr Sylvester Okeke, the Anaocha LGA Coordinator, thanked President Tinubu and the RHA Director-General, Sen. Hope Uzodinma, for the opportunity to serve.
He pledged that the coordinators would work to deliver their wards for the APC in the 2027 presidential election.
