IPMAN launches estate project to tackle housing shortage

The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has announced the commencement of sale of the IPMAN housing estate to members under the Enugu Depot Community and the larger society.

Mr Chinedu Anyaso, Chairman of IPMAN Enugu Zone in charge of Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu States this said IPMAN Estate within the Blossom Estate Project of the association was to enable members within the zone to have access to affordable and genuine land.

IPMAN Estate is located at Trans Ekwulu Golf Annex, Enugu.

He said non-members of IPMAN were also invited to take advantage of the offer and the opportunity to own property in a an emerging city area of Enugu State.

The chairman said IPMAN was worried by the rising cost of housing and challenges faced by members.

He said the programme was in collaboration with Enugu State Housing Corporation and Ministry of Land assuring that allocation were made without delay upon payment.

“Shelter is a basic need of man and pressure is getting much on the people especially those in urban areas or cities. Rent is hitting the roof tops and acquiring cheap and genuine land are problems.

“That is why as a body, IPMAN decided to collaborate with the Enugu State government to secure genuine, affordable and choice estate for our members across the Enugu Depot Community.

“IPMAN Estate is also open to non-members who are desirous of having a house of their own and beyond that, it is a very lucrative investment opportunity for those who want to bank their money in tangible terms,” he said.

Anyaso said while IPMAN was in charge of sales of the facility, allocations were done directly by the Enugu State Government through the State Housing Authority.

He said members of the public interested in the lifetime offer should contact IPMAN Secretariat at KM 1/2 Enugu -Abakaliki Expressway, by NNPC Depot, Emene, Enugu State for more details.
