Network International and Magnati merge to create the leading fintech…

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2, 2025 — Network International (www.Network.ae), a leading fintech company across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), and Magnati, a leading payment solution provider in the UAE, today announced the completion of their strategic merger under the ownership of a Brookfield-led consortium.  

The merged entity will operate under the name Network International LLC.  With an expanded suite of solutions, ranging from digital payments and data-driven insights to SME lending and advanced fraud prevention, the merged entity is well-placed to drive innovation, scale, and financial inclusion across the region.

The company will continue to collaborate with governments to accelerate digital transformation and expand access to financial services throughout MEA.

The integration of both businesses will take place in a phased manner, and their brands will continue to co-exist for the time being.
