NYSC coordinator in Rivers state pays homage to Gov. Fubara

The Rivers State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps ((NYSC) Mr. Moses Oleghe has paid a Christmas and New Year homage to Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara.

Oleghe during the visit on Thursday, hailed the governor for his support to the NYSC Scheme, describing it as “uncommon, unprecedented and massive.”

The State Coordinator deeply appreciated Governor Fubara for the ongoing massive renovation and upgrade of facilities at the NYSC permanent orientation camp, Nonwa-Gbam Tai, Local Government Area of the state.

He concluded by offering prayers for the governor and the good people of Rivers State, assuring them that 2026 will be “fruitful, productive, blessed, peaceful and prosperous for all.”

The governor represented by the Secretary to the State Government and Chairman NYSC State Governing Board, Dr. Benibo Anabraba extolled State Coordinator’s gratitude, describing it as “thoughtful and worthy of emulation.”

He used the occasion to assure the State Coordinator and all corps members in the state of continuos support of the governor.

“The Rivers State Governor is determined to take the NYSC scheme operations in Rivers State to enviable height.”
