Obiano sends wishes to Chief Cletus Madubugwu Ibeto at 71

Chief Willie Obiano, the former governor of Anambra State has congratulated Chief Cletus Madubugwu Ibeto on his 71-year-old birthday celebration.

Obiano who is also known as the Akpokuodike, Aguleri congratulatory message to Ibeto was contained in a press statement signed by Mr Tony Nezianya, Publicist to the former governor.
