The Department of State Security Services (DSS) has allowed the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to meet with his personal physicians in an Abuja hospital.
The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Friday, stopped the execution of its judgment that quashed the terrorism charge and ordered the release of leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.
The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, has filed a N100 billion fundamental rights enforcement suit against the Federal Government over his continued detention by the Department of State Services, (DSS).
