The Truth They Don’t Want You To Hear About Atiku Abubakar

I will say this without blinking , I have studied Alhaji Atiku Abubakar with the thoroughness of a surgeon and the patience of a historian. I have read, listened, and dug deep beyond the poisonous headlines, the doctored propaganda, and the calculated character assassinations. And what I found is not the villain the political establishment wants you to believe. What I found is a statesman of depth, vision, and unmatched experience.

Atiku Abubakar has been the victim of a long and sustained smear campaign ,a campaign built on lies, distortions, and malicious innuendo. It is a narrative fed with oxygen by his political enemies and swallowed whole by the unsuspecting. I made it my mission to deoxygenate that toxic narrative. And I got compatriots, comrades and allies, that came together under The Narrative Force doing this.If you ever sit down with him, hear him speak on Nigeria’s challenges, watch the clarity with which he analyses our economy, or witness the humility in his interactions, you will be forced to ask yourself one haunting question: How did such a man become the target of such lies?

The hard truth is this , Atiku has been repeatedly robbed at the ballot. The 2019 election was a glaring daylight example. And in 2023, votes in his strongest base, the North, were deliberately suppressed. These are not rumours; they are the bitter realities of Nigeria’s electoral sabotage.

And let us kill one of the biggest lies once and for all. If Atiku were corrupt, eighteen solid years after leaving office, some competent court, whether in Nigeria or abroad, would have dragged him through trial and nailed him to the wall. Not one court has done so. Not once. No conviction. No indictment. Nothing. Meanwhile, those shouting “corruption” are often neck-deep in scandals themselves.

Now let us talk about 2027. I say this with conviction , Atiku Abubakar is on course to win. In the North, it will take nothing short of political magic for Bola Ahmed Tinubu to scrape even 30% of the votes against Atiku. In the South East, it would require a political civil war for him to touch 30% against Peter Obi.

Do the math. Even if Tinubu somehow commands 70% of the South West and, being generous, 50% of the South South, the numbers still betray him. The arithmetic is merciless. Victory will slip through his fingers like water.

And here’s the time bomb they pretend does not exist , the APC is rotting from within. Factions are silently forming. Tensions are simmering. By 2026, the cracks will split wide open, and Nigerians will witness politics in its raw, unvarnished form.

This is the truth they will call “impossible” in Tinubu’s camp. This is the truth his sympathisers will call “wishful thinking.” But reality has no sympathy for delusion. Atiku’s moment is coming, and no amount of spin, suppression, or manipulation can hold back the tide when the Nigerian people decide they have had enough.

2027 is not just another election. It is the day Nigeria rewrites her story.

And the pen will be in the hands of the people ,guided by the steady leadership of Atiku Abubakar.
