President Bola Tinubu on … received Gov. Chukwuma Charles Soludo of Anambra during a courtesy visit to the Presidential Villa.
Tinubu expressed delight at the visit and described Soludo as his “good friend of 22 years,” noting that their long-standing relationship made the meeting a cordial one.
The President also used the occasion to again congratulate Soludo on his landslide victory in the recently concluded Anambra governorship election.
He recalled issuing an earlier congratulatory message immediately after INEC declared Soludo winner with 73 per cent of the votes cast.
Soludo’s visit marks his first official engagement with the President since the election.
