The Xtreme Search Reality TV Show, an arm of Psalmist Missionary Global Outreach Inc., has called on President Bola Tinubu to curb entertainment projects that promote immorality, vulgarity, and values erosion among Nigerian youths.
This is contained in a statement signed by Pastor Abuoma Chuka (President) and Barrister Ferdinand Ndianaekwute (Secretary).
The group called on the Federal Government to prioritise morality, decency, and value-based entertainment as a national standard.
“Protecting innocence and promoting virtue should be our guiding principle in shaping the future of our youth,” the statement reads.
“Some reality TV shows and media projects are doing the exact opposite, exposing our young people to moral decadence, nudity, and lifestyles that undermine our cultural and spiritual values.”
The group emphasised the need to replace negative influences with godly role models, value-driven entertainment, and positive youth mentorship.
They called for programmes that nurture talent without promoting nudity, inspire faith, and celebrate character over physical appearance.
According to the signatories, the campaign against immoral content is not about stifling creativity but about preserving Nigeria’s moral fabric.
“We cannot afford to compromise our morals for the sake of entertainment. Our children deserve content that builds, not destroys; that inspires, not corrupts.
“Ban immoral projects, save our youth. Immorality and public indecency have no place in Nigeria. Together, we can inspire a generation through faith, integrity, and positive values,” the group added.
