President Donald Trump will undergo his annual physical examination on 26 May at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the White House has confirmed.

White House Announcement

The White House announced that President Donald Trump will report for his routine medical check-up on 26 May. The examination will take place at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

The update comes as the administration maintains a tight schedule around the president’s public engagements. However, officials did not release further details about the scope of the medical tests.

Health Under Scrutiny

At 79, Trump’s health remains under close public attention. This is due to his demanding political and diplomatic workload since returning to office in January 2025.

Meanwhile, he continues to split time between official duties and weekends at his golf clubs in Florida and Virginia. Consequently, public discussion around his fitness for office has stayed active.

Previous Medical Scan at Walter Reed

Trump previously disclosed that he underwent a CT scan at Walter Reed in October. He said doctors used the scan to check for possible cardiovascular concerns.

Furthermore, he stated that the results showed no abnormalities. However, he later expressed regret about sharing the information, noting that it triggered speculation about his health.
